Lena opened her YouTube channel in 2016. In December of that year, she announced that she was having her breasts enlarged, to a "C-ish". As of October 2018, it has been viewed almost 16 million times. In February 2017, Lena announced that she would release a sex tape with her boyfriend when she reached 1 million followers on YouTube. In August 2018, Lena announced that she was having a second breast augmentation, as she had lost weight and wanted to increase her bust size and improve her cleavage. In September 2018, she posted a video to Pornhub from a private cam show where she revealed her newly enlarged breasts. In 2018, Lena won the Celebrity of the Year award in the Pornhub Awards.
